Return & Refund Policy

At FlexiCustom, your satisfaction is our priority. Because all items are made-to-order and custom printed, we have the following policy:

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for defective or damaged items only.
  • Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is free - we provide a prepaid return label.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@flexicustom.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@flexicustom.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item received
  • A description of the issue

We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have already begun and cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact us at support@flexicustom.com to request cancellation.
